At Cottage Luxe, we believe your special event should look and feel exactly the way you want it to. That's why we carefully curate our collection of rental tables, chairs, lounge seating, and bars that give you a fresh, modern alternative to traditional event rentals.

Located in Raleigh, NC, we are a full-service event rental company, specializing in upscale design-forward furnishings.  Our services range from lounge design, event design, vendor selections,  space planning, expert installation and coordination.

Cottage Luxe launched in 2016 as a response to the need for a fresh approach to event rentals in the Triangle and Wilmington, NC areas.  North Carolina's numerous stunning venues and dynamic events scene call for creative, modern event design solutions. Now, traditional rentals (i.e. tablecloth covered banquet tables and chiavari chairs) don't have to be the only option for our area's chic, stylish population and their preference for sophisticated yet down-to-earth event design.

Our Unique Furnishings

Although our inventory is always evolving, our custom designed, locally handcrafted farm tables remain the centerpieces of our collection. Our founder, Rosanne Darmanin designs these tables and many of our other pieces to embody the singular brand of warmth and joy cultivated by gathering around a family table with loved ones. Our wide selection of chairs, sofas, bars, and accessories reflect that same casual elegance and design-forward style.

Meet the Team

The Cottage Luxe team members are experts at giving you a seamless, full service rental experience. Our attention to detail and commitment to offering you true "white glove" service show up in everything we do, from designing many of our pieces ourselves with your tastes and needs in mind, to setting up your rental groupings precisely according to the detailed design plans (either created by us or by you and your event planner), right down to fluffing the accent pillows before your guests arrive!

Cheryl-Anne & Alexander Kast purchased Cottage Luxe in September 2023 from longtime friends Rosanne & Joe Darmanin. Together, they bring many years of experience within the hospitality world and share a vision of customer service and quality. They are thrilled to be expanding in the world of event rentals after launching their beverage cart service, Vita Mielie in 2020.
